Dahn Yoga Tai Chi can be a way for students in dual-degree programs to manage stress

Many students often feel the pressure of college, which could cause them to turn to Dahn Yoga Tai Chi for stress relief. As more individuals are choosing to increase their workload by entering into dual-degree programs, practicing Tai Chi could be a way for them to manage the boost in studies.
The New York Times reports that continents such as Asia and Europe have already implemented these kinds of degree programs in an effort to give a student a better education. These programs involve two universities that team up to offer the same program so that students can be considered graduates from both schools.
"The Europeans wanted to unsettle their existing systems," Kris Olds, a professor from the University of Wisconsin, explained to the news provider. "A lot of Asian universities were eager to link up with stronger institutions."
Some institutions are beginning to increase their dual-degree offerings. For example, the Cap Times reports that the University of Wisconsin – Madison already offers dual-degree programs with other schools.
While these kinds of programs can be great on the resume, it's important that students don't get too overwhelmed. Dahn Yoga Tai Chi can offer a way for individuals to achieve stress management despite their heavy workload.
