Dahn Yoga Tai Chi

When it comes to improving flexibility and opening up channels of energy and vitality, there is nothing quite like Dahn Yoga tai chi. Also known as DahnMuDo, it combines all the strength- and serenity-training techniques of other forms of the body positioning art, while leaving out those that treat it as a competitive discipline.
DahnMuDo, which loosely translates to “the way of limitless energy,” is a method that allows the body to express and intensify its inner force. However, it must not be confused with other forms of martial arts movement. Unlike other forms of martial arts, Dahn Yoga tai chi largely takes the “martial” out of martial arts. Instead, it concerns itself with uniting the mind, body and spirit.
Dahn Yoga tai chi has no “end,” in the sense that it is a constant redirecting and concentrating of personal vitality. This means that practitioners develop a sense of limitlessness.
