My Dahn Yoga experience

I used to always be short of breath and had difficulty breathing. I thought it was simply from lack of exercise, but through my Dahn Yoga training, I came to see that it was much more deeply connected to stress and anxiety. My Dahn Yoga classes have helped me to relax my mind and be more at peace, and my breathing naturally got deeper and more comfortable.
My experiences have shown me that all physical illnesses and conditions come from the mind. I hope everyone can also find their peace of mind for a healthier and happier life.
